Dr. Iakovos Panagopoulos recently published two book chapters, along with his collogues from the Pedagogical Sufficiency Program of Audio-Visual Arts Department of Ionian University (https://avarts.ionio.gr/en/). The book chapters are about an interdisciplinary approach in education with the use of filmmaking and game-based methodologies. Dr. Panagopoulos is approaching this topic with the use of Ethnomediaology as a methodological tool in education. The book chapters are in press and are going to be available really soon:

Also, Dr. Panagopoulos with the same team of collogues got their funding proposal accepted, from Kallipos + funding program (https://www.kallipos.gr/en/), for the publication of an open access academic book. The book is going to focus on the connection of art and technology in education through an interdisciplinary approach with filmmaking and game based techniques. The title of the book is: Serious Film Games: Mixed identities, approaches and functions in Education. The writers of this book are Assistant Professor Agnes Papadopoulou, Dr. Emmanouil Rovithis and Dr. Iakovos Panagopoulos. The book is going to be in Greek and is going to be open access through Kallipos + program to all University students that they would like to read it. .
